I had a boss that said, “Everyone listens to the radio station, WII-FM – What’s In It For Me.” His message was a reminder that when it comes to learning, be sure to share with others WHY it’s beneficial to learn what you’re teaching.
So, when it comes to The Dignity Model, I would say that it’s not the easiest concept to share or learn. However, once absorbed, it can be the basis of significant behavior change for yourself, your team and your organization as a whole.
