Fun is not just for kids. What’s the Most Fun You’ve Ever Had?

Eating, drinking, laughing, and having sex activate brain neurons that stimulate the pleasure zone in our brain. It is a survival trait. So, we could loosely conclude that pleasure is fun, or at least an element of fun. However, fun is highly subjective. It is based on our interests, temperament, and many other components of our personality. Having fun is healthy; our body and our brain loves it. So, get out there, shake something up and start having more fun!

So, make 2020 the year that you’ve had the most fun you’ve ever had!

Many fun activities trigger “feel good” brain and body chemicals, so get out there and laugh with friends!
